Promethean Named to Cemex Ventures’ Cleantech Construction Map 2024

Published April 23, 2024

Promethean Particles was recently named as one of CEMEX Ventures‘ Top 25 cleantech startups in their Cleantech Construction Map 2024.

Five startups/scaleups were identified in each of five verticals – Carbon Capture, Utilisation & Storage, Decarbonisation Alternatives, Circularity & Waste Management, Water Efficiency, and Design & Architecture. Promethean was named as one of the companies in the Carbon Capture, Utilisation & Storage vertical, due to the pioneering work the company is doing employing the benefits of our continuous flow manufacturing systems for the industrial scale, cost effective production of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).

“It’s an incredible honour to be named on such a prestigious list of companies,” said James Stephenson, Chief Executive Officer of Promethean. “Our customers are looking for ever cheaper, more energy-efficient carbon capture technologies. This is excellent recognition of the work our entire team is doing, and strong validation of how our reactor systems continue to break paradigms when it comes to the industrial scale, cost-effective manufacture of metal-organic frameworks (#MOFs).”
