DIRECT-AIR CAPTURE

Direct-air capture approaches extract the CO₂ already present in the atmosphere, helping to slow down and eventually reverse CO₂ levels. MOF materials are equally adept at capturing CO₂ from a direct-air source as they are a post-combustion source, although the lower concentrations present in the atmosphere require special consideration.
