APRIL 2024

Welcome to the first edition of our new newsletter. I am sure a more dynamic name will be forthcoming. The newsletter has been put together as a direct result fo your feedback following last year’s member survey. One of our key goals is to increase the engagement level of all areas of the Company, and a more frequent, informal newsletter was one of your suggestions. This is just starting point, and the expectation is that it will evolve as we learn more about what information provides you the most value. I know the team responsible is keen to receive your feedback, soi please ensure you pass along anything you feel will help them. We will never be able to satisfy everyone equally, but we will strive to make this as informative as possible, whilst fitting in with the other communicaton vehicles already established.
